Agreement
These Free Trial Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) constitute a binding agreement between the legal entity, as identified in the Free Trial registration form, that will be using the Goaland Free Trial Service (the “Customer”) and the Goaland company (“Goaland”).
Free Trial Use
The Free Trial is based on the standard Goaland platform with access to all core modules, including PIM and optional Marketing Factory features (Display, Video, Print), under predefined limitations.
You may only use the Free Trial Services:
- For internal testing or evaluation purposes only;
- For a period of 30 days, starting from the date Goaland provides the Customer with login credentials to access the Service (“Free Trial Period”);
- If the Customer is not currently engaged in, or planning to engage in, any activity that directly or indirectly competes with Goaland, or offers a similar software solution or service.
After thirty (30) days from the end of the Customer Free Trial Period, the Customer will no longer have access to the Service or to any Data stored during the trial. Goaland will delete the Customer's account and all related Data, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
At any time during or after the Free Trial Period, the Customer may choose to continue using the Service by purchasing a paid subscription to one of Goaland's available plans.
Terms During the Trial
During the Free Trial Period:

Goaland will provide access to the Free Trial Service:
- (i) free of charge;
- (ii) without technical support or service level commitments (unless otherwise provided at Goaland's sole discretion);
- (iii) “AS IS”;
- (iv) limited to the scope defined by Goaland.
- The Customer acknowledges that Goaland may use the Customer contact details for marketing and commercial communication purposes, as well as for any other legitimate interest. Therefore, our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) shall not apply to the use of the Free Trial Service.
- Certain features, modules, or integrations may be limited or unavailable during the Free Trial.
- Goaland reserves the right to modify or terminate the Free Trial Service at any time, without notice. Such modifications or terminations shall not be considered a material or detrimental change.
- Goaland may update the Subscription Agreement Terms and Conditions at any time.
- In any event, Goaland's total liability, including that of its affiliates and suppliers, for any claim arising from the use of the Free Trial shall not exceed 100 EUROS, excluding any indirect damages.
- The Customer may contact Goaland during the Free Trial period at support.trial@goaland.com.
